Shipping policy

All orders are shipped securely via DHL Express, with tracking provided.

Some pieces are ready to ship and leave our Madrid atelier within 3–4 working days. If you need your piece sooner, feel free to inquire — we’ll gladly confirm what is available for expedited shipping.

For made-to-order pieces, please allow 4 to 6 weeks for creation. Each jewel is individually handcrafted by Angela, ensuring the highest level of care and finish.

Once dispatched:

– Spain & Portugal: 24–48 hours
– Europe, USA & Canada: 3–7 business days
– Latin America and other destinations: 7–15 business days

Free shipping is available on orders over €300 to the European Union, USA, Canada, and Japan.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on factors such as customs clearance and local postal services.

Duties & Import Taxes

Some countries apply customs duties or import taxes upon arrival. These costs are not included in our prices or shipping fees.
Any duties or taxes charged by the destination country are the customer’s responsibility.

Refused Deliveries

If a parcel is refused on delivery, DHL applies return shipping costs and any import charges directly to the sender.
As these expenses arise from the customer’s voluntary refusal, no refund will be issued.
