Shipping policy

All orders are shipped securely via DHL Express and include tracking.

Ready to ship pieces leave the Madrid atelier within 1–3 working days.

Made-to-order pieces require approximately 4–6 weeks. Each piece is individually handcrafted by Angela Lago in her Madrid atelier.

International shipping is a regular part of our practice, particularly to the United States, Canada and Europe.

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

– Spain & Portugal: 24–48 hours
– Europe, USA & Canada: 2–7 business days
– Latin America and other destinations: 4–15 business days

Free shipping is available on orders over 300€ to the European Union, USA, Canada and Japan.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs procedures or local delivery services.

 

Duties & Import Taxes

Any customs duties, import taxes or local charges applied by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.

 

Refused Deliveries

If a shipment is refused upon delivery, any return shipping costs, customs charges or related fees incurred will be deducted from the refund.
