Refund policy

Returns

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the piece must be unworn, unused and returned in its original packaging.

Please contact us at studio@angela-lago.com before sending any item back. We will provide the return instructions.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of a defect, damage during transit, or an error on our part.

 

Made-to-order and custom-made pieces

Some pieces are individually crafted upon request.

Because these pieces are made specifically for you, they cannot be returned or exchanged.

If you would like to see a piece in more detail before ordering, private video viewings are available upon request.

 

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if your piece arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

Approved refunds are issued through the original payment method and are usually processed within 10 business days.
